Terms of use and sale

These terms govern access to mrdocdoc.com and the purchase of our courses, consultations, coaching programmes and service work.

1. Purpose and scope

Mr. Doc Doc LLC provides online training, one-to-one consultations, coaching programmes and website and online store development. Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Registration and accounts

Access to paid content requires an account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share your credentials. Accounts are strictly personal; any detected sharing results in suspension of access without refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is made by card or PayPal through a secure provider. We never have access to your card details. Instalment plans are available on written request before enrolment. Online payments are processed via Stripe by Brad and Bradson LLC, an affiliate of Mr. Doc Doc LLC: that is the name that may appear on your bank statement.

4. Access to content

Access to replays, templates and documents is granted for life for academy tracks, for as long as the service continues to operate. Should the service be discontinued, a 90-day notice period allows you to download all content.

5. Participant obligations

You agree to respect other members, not to record or rebroadcast live sessions, and not to resell or publish the materials. Any serious breach may result in exclusion without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content (videos, materials, templates, code, brand) remains the exclusive property of Mr. Doc Doc LLC. Enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable right of use for learning and for applying the methods to your own business.

7. No guarantee of results

Our programmes provide methods and support. They are in no way a promise of income. Results depend on your work, your market and factors beyond our control. Nothing on this site constitutes personalised investment advice.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service concerned. We cannot be held liable for loss of business, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of the methods taught.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of Nassau County, New York, have jurisdiction.

10. Contact
