Refund policy
We want you to enrol without worry. Here, with no small print, are the refund conditions for each of our services.
Refund policy
Webinar and masterclass
Full refund on request within 7 days of the session, with no justification required. Processing takes up to 5 business days depending on your bank.
Academy tracks
Full refund if you request it before the end of the cohort's second module — roughly two weeks after the start. After that, no refund is possible because seats are held and mentors are committed. You may, however, defer your enrolment to a later cohort once, free of charge.
Consultations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment, with a full refund or a reschedule. No-shows are charged in full. If the expert cancels, you choose between an immediate refund and a priority slot.
Coaching
Coaching programmes are refundable pro rata for unused sessions, at any time, less a 10% administrative fee. The initial scoping call is free and carries no commitment.
Service work (sites, stores)
The 40% deposit covers scoping and design; it is non-refundable once the mockup is delivered. You may stop the project at any time: you then pay only for delivered stages, and the files produced are handed over to you.
How to request a refund
Email info@mrdocdoc.com with your name, the service concerned and the purchase date, or contact us on WhatsApp. We acknowledge within 48 business hours and process the request within 5 business days.
