2. Data we collect
Identification data (name, email, phone, preferred language); order data (courses purchased, amounts, history); connection data (IP address, pages viewed, device type); and anything you send us through the forms or on WhatsApp.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Performance of the contract: managing enrolments, course access and customer service. Legitimate interest: improving the site, aggregate analytics and fraud prevention. Consent: newsletter and marketing communications, withdrawable at any time.
4. Recipients
Our technical processors: Stripe and PayPal (payments), Vercel (hosting), our email platform, Calendly (bookings) and Zoom (live sessions). No data is ever sold to third parties.
5. Retention periods
Account data: for the duration of the relationship plus 3 years. Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation). Browsing data: 13 months maximum. Prospects who never purchased: 3 years after last contact.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (session, and the chosen language stored in the NEXT_LOCALE cookie) and, with your agreement, analytics cookies. No third-party advertising cookie is set without explicit consent.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and to data portability. Write to info@mrdocdoc.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also withdraw marketing consent in one click from any email.
8. Security
TLS encryption across the whole site, hashed passwords, data access restricted to those who need it, and encrypted daily backups.
9. Minors
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. A minor aged 16 to 17 may enrol with the written authorisation of their legal guardian.
