    Selection criteria, minimum margin and a 72-hour demand test.

  2. Module 2

    Suppliers and first stock

    Find, vet and negotiate — then order small to learn fast.

  3. Module 3

    Building the store

    Structure, product pages, phone photography and online payment.

  4. Module 4

    Logistics and delivery

    Packaging, carriers, returns and true cost per order.

  5. Module 5

    Launch and first 10 sales

    Content, launch offer and follow-ups — the goal is selling to strangers.

  6. Module 6

    Customer service and reviews

    Templates, dispute handling and collecting genuine reviews.
